Queclink GV600 Series are ruggedized waterproof GPS trackers specially designed for use in trailer, tanker, reefer and flatbed truck tracking. They include up to a 90-day standby time using an internal rechargeable 5200 mAh battery pack, and are able to dual external power sources for redundancy. The built-in GPS receiver has best in class sensitivity and fast time to first fix.

Multiple I/O interfaces are available for monitoring or controlling external devices, including a 1-wire interface for monitoring temperature and multiple serial ports. Vehicle trackers within the series support Quad Band 2G GSM/GPRS, multiple 3G variants with Global or Regional Applicability, LTE CAT-M1 (eMTC), LTE CAT-M2 (NBIoT) on many bands supporting North American and European Cellular Operators.

Automatic activation (recommended)

The software platform supports automatic device activation by applying APN settings, server address and port, as well as recommended tracking mode though the SMS channel. Normally you don’t need to configure anything manually. Just install the SIM card, switch the device ON and make sure it is located in the place with good GPS signal reception.

You also need to keep the device with initial factory settings, in particular:

  • Do not set any password, keep it clear (as by default)
  • Do not set any master number prior to the device activation
  • Do not set local Time zone, it must be UTC+0h (as by default)

Manual activation

In case automatic activation failed, you can try to register the device manually by sending following commands to the device:

AT+GTQSS=gv600w,<apn>,<apn_usr>,<apn_pwd>,3,,2,tracker.navixy.com,47764,,,<phone>,10,0,,,0001$

The {APN} parameters depend on your GSM carrier.
