GoTop VT380 description
VT380 is a GPS/GPRS based tracking device specially developed and designed for vehicle real-time tracking and fleet management. VT380 has inbuilt GPS module to obtain accurate position data and utilizes its GSM capability to send the position data to a specified mobile phone or server base for tracking and fleet management. With internal memory, VT380 can store GPS coordinates when there is no GPRS connection or at a specified interval requested by the user. One optional feature of VT380 is that a microphone can be linked out to be hidden somewhere inside the vehicle for listening to the cabin.

Location and tracking
GoTop VT380 model is embedded with GPS chip. It doesn’t support Assisted GPS (A-GPS) technology. It uses Cell ID location (also known as LBS-tracking) as the back-up, when no satellites signals are available.
With a Quad-band GSM module VT380 can operate all over the world where 2G networks are supported.
Key features of the GoTop VT380 device are:

- Engine Cut (Stop Engine)
- 5 digital inputs, 3 negative and 2 positive triggering;
- 5 outputs
- Analog Input: 2 analog inputs of 10 bits resolution for connecting fuel level sensor or other sensors.
External power supply range might be 9V – 36V, which makes possible to install device both on cars and vans.
Local and remote management
GPS tracker GoTop VT380 can be fully controlled over GPRS, including configuration of tracking modes and outputs control. There is also a wide list of SMS commands in a human-friendly format, on which device always replies back. It supports remote APN settings configuration by SMS.
VT380 has two LEDs
- LED indicating GPS reception
- LED indicating GSM/GPRS reception
